Morning:
We can walk the magical path of A Lanzada, this trail runs for 3,03 km. It is undoubtedly the most “magical” since the area of A Lanzada It is full of legends and traditions. The best known is the legend of the nine waves, this rite is related to fertility. Still today many women go on the day of the Pilgrimage of A Lanzada, in August, to bathe on the beach at midnight with the aim of getting pregnant.
The route takes us from the beach of Foxos, to the beach Areas Gordas y A Lapa which are separated by a small peninsula popularly known as «A Illa do Médico».
During our tour we will be able to visit the excavations of the archaeological site of A Lanzada, and the remains of an old fortress that precedes the beautiful Hermitage of A Lanzada.
Late:
We take a break to eat in Sanxenxo. At the end we will visit the Marina Juan Carlos I and we will continue along the Paseo de Silgar. We make a stop at the Parque de Punta Vicaño to enjoy the views. We continue along the wooden walkway that runs sobre the dunes of the beach Baltar.
We approach the Portonovo fishing port at 18:30 where we can attend a visit to the market and see the fish auction.
After the visit we can enjoy a wonderful dinner in any of the restaurants and tapas in the Villa de Portonovo.
