Nautical port, urban center of Sanxenxo, beach promenade of Silgar, Portonovo, L.a Lanzada (castro and chapel) – O Grove: Illa da Toxa, Ride of Pedras Negras, Mount Siradella and Port do Grove.
Morning: Sanxenxo, Portonovo, La Lanzada, Ride of Pedras Negras.
Late: O Grove, Illa de la Toja, Salazón Museum and Monte A Siradella.
Day 2: Poio – Pontevedra
Morning: Combarro, Monastery of Poio y La Seca ( Muíños da Freixa Walk da Ostreira).
Late: Pontevedra, historic center and Pazo de Lourizán.

Day 3: Cambados and Illa de Arousa.
Morning:Ruta Guimatur with the shellfish, Historic Center of Cambados and Ruins of Santa Mariña. Wineries in Cambados and Pazos: Pazo Montesacro, Pazo Fefinanes, Adega Gil Armada.
Late: Isla de Arousa and Natural Park o Carreirón.

Day 4: Villagarcia, Carril y Catoira.
Morning: Villagarcía convent of Vista Legre, Manor Rubianes.
Late: Lane and Viking Towers of Catoira, Island of Cortegada.
Best dates:
First weekend of August: Viking pilgrimage of Catoira.
Second half of August: Rail clam (August 21-22).
Water Festival and San Roque: Villagarcía (around August 15).
Day 5: (INSIDE) Armenteira and the Stone and Water route.
Barrantes- Monastery of Armenteira (linear route 7 km one way and 7 km back)
Day 5: Atlantic Islands National Park.
In season, from both Sanxenxo and Portonovo, ferries depart to the Atlantic Islands National Park.
The visit to both the Ons and Cíes Islands is ideal to spend the day. There we can enjoy the beach, landscape, nature, hiking routes…
