One of the prides of this peninsula comes from the hand of the Restaurant Culler de PauAwarded 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns, it offers Km Cero products with the delicacy with which Javier Olleros’s team treats them.

Posts to boast, we have one of the best seafood restaurants in Spain, awarded 2 Repsol Suns, D’Berto, specialized in large fish and shellfish and which, depending on the season, are cooked without pirouettes in this local Grovan.

We could continue listing establishments with their own entity where the product is the basis for extraordinary cuisine, but we prefer that you come and check it out.

Furthermore, the Fish and Seafood Contract Market together with the premises of the Market Square of O Grove It offers the consumer the perfect option to get everything that is produced here, fished or caught every day. And a fun way to see the atmosphere of a market is to go on Friday mornings to the Plaza de O Corgo to check it out for yourself and get everything you need for a good feast (seafood, fish, Galician meat, vegetables and fruit from farms in the region…).

We cannot forget the preserves that you will surely have on your table sometime and that have come from O Grove to your homes. Here are the canning factories in the Virxe das M areaareas and in Rons. On its belts run the most careful cans of mussels, sardines, mackerel, cockles, octopus… and other delicacies with all the properties intact.

We are not joking if we tell you that in O Grove They are cultivated the sweetest potatoes GaliciaPerhaps the land with the sea so close provides that property… An example of organic farming are orchards like Adelina’s, which is protected by the Organic Agriculture Regulatory Council of Galicia. A benchmark for zero kilometer crops.

And nothing better to irrigate what is obtained from the sea and the land than a excellent wine. O Grove account con dos Albariño wine cellars, with a limited production and pampered by their owners under the seal of the Rías Baixas denomination of origin. One of them can be visited: the bodega Casal Fuentes, located between vineyards on one of the slopes of Mt. A Siradella.

Un showcase in which to taste and verify that all these products are within the reach of those who visit O Grove and his island of A Toxa, is the recognized Seafood Festival that every October offers the possibility of concentrating the know-how of grovenses.
