The Festa do Marisco is a fundamental forum to be able to debate sobre gastronomy and, more specifically, sobre the seafood. The main cooks of O Grove and Galicia meet at the live cooking meetings in which they show innovative recipes and preparations for the highest quality product from our estuaries. The activity program is diario and allows the specialized public and the amateur to attend, live, the masterclass of the most prestigious chefs.
