Chapel of San Roque has a rectangular floor plan with a gabled roof and a barrel vault. It has a simple façade in which its lintelled door with molding and a small opening stand out. It was built in the XVIII century although it has additions from the XXth century. The chapel was dedicated to San Roque due to the successive bad harvests of the time. It currently houses the image of the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of sailors and the town of O Grove, which leaves in a maritime procession through the Arousa estuary every July 16.
