Entroido or carnival is very celebrated in the peninsula of O Grove. It begins with the celebration of comadres thursday and revelry friday. Saturday is maybe the day grande, when the Troupe Festival in which a large number participateo grovenses in its more than ten groups. During Shrove Tuesday the streets of O Grove they become the great sambadromeo Meco through which the Great March of the Meco Carnival parades with the most ingenious costumes and choqueiros. On Friday the burial of the sardine is celebrated, to give way the next day to the carnival of San Vicente with the Concentration of Crashes, the Burning of Vimbio and the performance of troupes.
