A wooden walkway runs parallel to the sea along the beach of A Lanzada, surwhen the dunes bordering the sandbank. The beach and promenade are located on the western margin of the isthmus that joins O Grove with Sanxenxo.
Its 2,5 km length cover a protected natural environment of dunes belonging to the Natura 2000 Network. Protected species such as the plover nest in this important ecosystem.
Along the promenade there are several benches to take a breath, as well as a viewpoint.

If you still feel like it, continue walking along the beaches of O Espiñeiro, A Lapa y Areas Gordas, until reaching the Castro and Hermitage of Nuestra Señora de A Lanzada from the neighboring municipality of Sanxenxo.
