El Ornithological Investment Project de O Grove It is a plan that combines biodiversity conservation, habitat improvement and sustainable development. Promoted by the city council of O Grove, has the support of the Biodiversity Foundation and the Ministry of the Environment of the Xunta de Galicia.

PIO is a new tourism development model, committed to the natural environment, in solidarity with the territory and focused on the sustainability of resources. Includes training and outreach activities, but also a investment plan that allows the creation of an infrastructure according to the needs of the ornithologist and fully integrated into the environment.
