Straight white sand beach, facing northwest and located in a rural area and partly surrounded by forest mass. It has a beach bar in the summer season, as well as other restaurant services nearby. In the surroundings there is also a campsite, the aquarium and the Salgadeiras de Moreiras, a museum space about fishing and salting. In summer, the beach shares public toilet and lifeguard services with the adjacent beach: Area de Reboredo.
