In the municipality of O Grove there are two marinas: the Pedras Negras marina and the A Toxa island marina. The first is managed by the San Vicente Nautical Club, whose main activities include the sailing school and the organization of competitions and regattas. Likewise, it is one of the main promoters of the Xacobea Mar de Arousa and Ulla River Route, in addition to promoting cultural activities focused on the preservation of heritage. The second is managed by the Isla de la Toja Nautical Club, which also has a sailing school.
