This church is the most modern in the municipalityConstruction began in 1.965 and the works finished in 1.976. The project corresponds to the architect Joaquín Robles Echenique. It is characterized by having hexagonal plant covered by a stepped pyramid roof, so that at each step the hexagons rotate with respect to the previous one. The roof is finished in slate and the building is made entirely of stone. On the outside the temple does not have any type of ornament, while inside it stands out sobre all a great cross, with a current design. Construction costs were borne by collections, private donations and events held at the Club Náutico and at the L cinemaa Terrace 1.961 since.
